Where can I get my ticket?

Your ticket QR code is sent to the email address you gave us when paying for your ticket. Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders. You can also use My Tickets to view tickets bought with that email.

I cannot find the ticket in my email. What else can I do?

Go to My Tickets and enter the email address you used when buying. We will send you a code so you can view and download your tickets again.

I used the wrong email or cannot access my email. How do I get my ticket?

Use Recover Ticket. Enter the Safaricom number that paid and the M-Pesa receipt number from your SMS. If we find the payment, you can download the ticket and add an email address you can access.

How do I contact you if I have an issue?

Call 0742 237 522 or email info@bigbrotherticketing.com. If your issue is about a ticket, include the phone number used for payment and the M-Pesa receipt number.

How do I get notified about the next matches?

Go to the Subscribe page, enter your email address, and confirm the link we send you. We will then send you updates when new fixtures are announced.

How do I change my account details?

Go to My Account to update your name, phone number, photo, or password. Email changes are not available from the account page yet. If your ticket was sent to the wrong email, use Recover Ticket instead.
